Born and raised in the Eastern Suburbs, a St Kentigerns old boy, Josh's work ethic stems from his years as a competitive sailor and Olympic trialist and his understanding that hard work is fundamental to success. Prior to entering real estate Josh's background included 11 years in sales and marketing; he is a seasoned negotiator.
